Washington, DC, USA
I’m back on the east coast and in the Eastern Time Zone.
I’m at work, but I just wanted to post that I’m back safely. I also wanted to add a couple of bullet points that I forgot last night.
- How’s this for a coincidence: the international Alzheimer’s Conference began in Chicago the 2nd day I was there.
- Millennium Park is easily the nicest urban park I’ve ever visited.
- Good food.
- The Art Institute of Chicago is a wonderful museum.
- Over the course of three days, I’m sure I walked at least 35 miles. And I really don’t think I’m exaggerating.
I’ll try to have a full recap with pictures up over the weekend.

I think you FORGOT the bullet about the Alzheimer Conference and came back. Or did I read it and forget that I did. Who has Alzheimer’s? LOL!
